Morning Blend Whole Bean Roasted Coffee

This is a blend of medium light roast coffees featuring caramel, citrus, and floral notes.  

Excellent for filter brew or espresso.

For espresso, I recommend a coarser grind and higher extraction ratio, eg. 1:2.75 due to being a lighter roast.

We suggest giving these coffees at least 7 days of rest after the roast date before brewing for the experience.
