Peru Los Aladinos Cajamarca Whole Bean Roasted Coffee
Peru Los Aladinos Cajamarco Whole Bean Roasted Coffee
This washed roasted coffee from Frutos del Corcovado is cultivated by families from the Miraflores community in the Chontalí district of Cajamarca, Peru. Situated at 2100 masl, this region is known for the Corcovado mountain, which contributes to the ecological stability of the area. The coffee undergoes a washed process with 12–18 hour fermentation in cement tanks, followed by sun-drying on solar dryers for 15–20 days.
The cup profile offers sweet and ripe aromatics with a light body and soft, ripe, apple-like acidity. Very fragrant especially as a filter coffee.
