About Us

Growing up, I thought I hated coffee because I associated it with a disgusting burnt-smelling brown liquid that people forced themselves to drink to stay awake. 

Then, when I started working, I decided to give it a try because I found it helped me stay alert at the office.

I soon discovered different ways of brewing coffee and stumbled upon single-origin coffees at a local market in Toronto.  This caught my interest and down the coffee rabbit-hole I went!

Soon, I started roasting my own coffees as a hobby.  

That was 10 years ago.  

With a lot of positive feedback and comments about my home-roasted coffee, I decided to get some professional training and try my hand at selling some!

And, here we are!  

I hope you enjoy my coffee that I roast at home.  I'm always aiming to improve my roasting skills and produce a better coffee experience!
