Ethiopia Guji Specialty Whole Bean Roasted Coffee

This coffee comes from the Danse Mormora washing station near the town of Haro Lebetu. Farmers grow their coffee in fertile clay soil at high elevation.  Coffees from many farmers growing on small plots of land are brought here for washing and processing and the coffee is dried on raised beds.

Notes: Lots of dried floral notes with cocoa, amaretto and mellow cooked berry flavours.  Complex acidity and sugary sweetness
