This whole bean roasted coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, and processed at the Chelbessa washing station where nearly 500 local farmers come for processing. 
Chelbessa is one of the largest towns in Gedeb. 

Notes: Fresh lemon, cooked berry, and dried jasmine flavours with a pleasant tart citric acidity and a mild sugary sweetness.
